All Building Department Matters: Surveys
Most building departments require updated surveys for all permits. We can provide updated surveys for a competitive rate in a timely fashion. We would also research the town or village records to see if there is a survey on file.
A survey shows your house situated on your property to determine set backs, lot area and elevations.
Once your survey is obtained we do a zoning analysis to determine if a variance is required, or if there would be any other potential issues with the property before we proceed.
